The dashboard couldn't load inline.
Open it in a new tab instead.
The Dashboard is your home base. Every time you log in, you'll land here and get a quick snapshot of where things stand.
This is where you log every client interaction and keep your follow-ups on track. Think of it as your running log of what happened and what's next.
The Contacts section holds all your companies and individual contacts. You can search, filter, and manage your whole book of business from here.
Plan your office visits and build driving routes by county. Upcoming visits stay active until you mark them done — even if the date passes.
A private to-do list just for you — no one else on the team can see it. Use it for internal reminders and personal follow-ups.
Track all upcoming industry conferences, who's attending, travel logistics, and costs — shared across the whole team.
The EOM Kit Planner manages every detail of your monthly client gift kits — from initial concept through ordering, shipping, and delivery. Data is saved to the server so the whole team stays in sync across any browser or device.
The Conference Leads panel is your post-conference follow-up funnel. Every lead you capture at an event gets added here, tagged by type, and automatically entered into the right Mailchimp email sequence — no manual steps required.
Use the score buttons in the table to track engagement manually, or let the auto-sync handle it. Score updates automatically when Mailchimp activity is detected.
Move leads through the pipeline using the Stage dropdown directly in the table row. No need to open the lead.
The Note column shows small icons for recent Mailchimp activity. Hover over them to see the date.
Only you can see your list. Use Due date for reminders; leave it blank for a simple to-do.

Shared with the whole team. Upcoming trips are listed first; after the event date passes, a trip moves to the bottom and is labeled Past. Use Minimize to collapse details. Each trip has one set of checkboxes (paid, hotel, car), Costs, and who is going.

Each marketer gets an email listing their open reminders due in the next 7 days (overdue included). This sends automatically once a week, and you can preview or send on demand below. Add an email to each rep on the Team tab so they receive it.
This person is copied on each marketer's weekly email (and the manual “Send now”). Separate multiple addresses with commas. Leave blank for none. Not applied to the self-test below.

Use a UTF-8 CSV with a header row. Company is required on every data row. You may include: First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Street address, County, Stage, Notes, Rep. Stage: Prospect, Current Client, Actively Working, or Dead (optional; default Prospect).
Choose a client. They are added to this route and a planned visit is created for the route’s date (if one isn’t there already).

Finds historical activities that have no contact attached and connects each to the matching client by the company name in the note — then adds it to that client's Client Notes. Click Preview first; nothing changes until you press Apply. A dated backup is saved automatically before any change.
